ACT for Schools: 3-day training for School Mental Health Professionals

ACT for Schools, is a protocol designed specifically for intermediary and secondary students to be delivered in a school context.

Acceptance Commitment Therapy for School-Based Settings (ACT for Schools) helps students identify what matters most to them and take meaningful steps toward building a life guided by their values. Grounded in compassion and authentic connection, this flexible, student-centered approach supports students in responding to difficult thoughts and emotions without judgment while building psychological flexibility and resilience.
