MH LIT – Mental Health in Action Online Course
MH LIT – Mental Health in Action is a free online course available to employees of publicly funded school boards in Ontario. There are courses for educators and similar courses for school administrators and system leaders. The courses include six, one-hour modules. You’ll learn about mental health and how it relates to learning and class climate. Plus, you’ll discover strategies to enhance student mental health and address concerns.
